As Lotus Notes is closed to data submissions all data imports and direct data entry submissions to NICOR must be via the NCAP (National Cardiovascular Audit Programme) IT platform.

Click on "Enter Application" then enter your username and password.
This is the same as your Lotus Notes login, i.e.
John Doe/YYY/NICOR
and the same password you use to login to the Notes servers. |
